A veteran being denied at the VA is an common issue I deal with in my office. To those going through this ordeal the appeal process can seem overwhelming, but there is help! People are out there to defend you, and help through the complicated appeal process. Organizations such as John Marshall Law School has a department solely for VA medical benefit denials. John Marshall will not charge if they determine you were wrongfully denied, so I suggest starting with them!
