Spring is upon us!!!!!

Fresh Greens be it Kale, Spinach or Collard is a good start to a fulfilling, delicious and healthy meal. The key to bringing out the true flavors is to sautee your vegetables in a lite olive oil and not to overpower them with two much seasoning. Less is Better.... Good Eatting
