Mildred Magee

"I think it was too far out, and the distance made it hard for more people to attend. It was a bigger crowd last year, so they should have kept in it Washington Park."

Latisha Collins

"At first I couldn't find it. I thought it was in the Washington Park area, and the drive over here was long. I've been coming to the festival for years, and I think it should stay in Washington Park."

LaToya Wiseman

"Well it's very convenient because I live right across the street in the old Viceroy Hotel, and I was able to walk here. I'm just blessed to be here."

Ursula Dawson

"It's great. It's real great. I never went to the festival in Washington Park, but I'm loving and enjoying this one. I want it to stay here because I live right across the street."

Angie Wright

"It is definitely a change, and I was a little disappointed at first, but now that we're in here, I think the vibe is the same. There are a lot of different faces. I live west, but I was accustomed to going to Washington Park, but I think it can stay here."

London Cosby

"I think it's nice, seeing a lot of different faces. It's really cool. I'm use to going to the South Side, but it was more convenient being here on the West Side because I live here. Out south has more cultural, and they are not really like that on this end, but it's nice, and I think it should stay on the West Side."
