The state’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) starts Monday July 31 at CEDA sites across the city. Eligible recipients should bring a current light bill, proof of last 30-day income and social security cards for all household members. Eligible recipients include low-income individuals who are: seniors age 60 and over, families with a child under age 3, on government disability, or in medical need (medical statement required).
