Fourth grade student Elver Gomez, 10, works on homework during his weekly tutoring session at a downtown company, part of the Working in the Schools program. The 10-year-old, Chicago-based program offers after-school tutoring to Chicago students at downtown businesses such as Motorola, Harris Bank and PepsiCo.
