The organization that runs Chicago’s controversial parking meters program is donating money to youth centers in Chicago, part of new philanthropic campaign. Chicago Parking Meters, LLC has launched “CPM Community Partners,” with a gift pf $10,000 to Chicago Youth Centers. Money is expected to be donated to youth-focused organizations throughout Chicago.
