More than thirty women came out for the first Women’s West Side and Oak Park area networking group, despite the slushy morning commute. Jackie and the staff at Alice’s Restaurant served up great food and made us feel like royalty.
This diverse group of women included jounalists, women’s rights advocates, sales professionals, bankers, educators, elected officials, clergy, non-profits, child care, communications specialists, health care administrators, housing services, NAACP, marketing services, community advocates, and more.
The Women’s West Side & Oak Park area business networking group is made up of women who know how to get the job done! We meet at Alice’s Restaurant, 5638 W. Chicago Avenue, the first Monday of each month at 8:00 am. No reservations necessary – purchase your own breakfast if you attend, and simply share information about what you are up to in the community. Get to know other women who do business in the communities we all serve.
Business opportunities for all will grow naturally from this group!!! Post your comments online on this blog to communicate with the Women’s West Side Networking Group.
