While we realize, once again, that the holidays are right around the corner–the question is are you ready?  I’ve noticed the various holiday ads, emails and solicitations tempting us to start shopping early.  This is definitely not bad advice but you must do this within your budget.  Prepare a list of everyone that you would like to give a gift to.  Are there family members that you can share the costs with?  Online shopping is great this time of year and Brad’s Deals is a great website which features numerous stores with special prices.  Read the fine print–free shipping may be attractive but you may be required to spend a certain dollar amount.  Check out the return/exchange policy.  I like to order from stores where I can receive and return free shipping or take an item back to the store for credit.  Also know that while we are embarking upon the holiday season, pick up a little something extra for someone who may need a blessing.
