On Saturday, August 16 the Barbara Bates Foundation presented Sinai Health System with a check for $10,000, proceeds from “Walk Where You Live” a 5K Walk/Run to benefit breast cancer awareness programs operated by Sinai Health System. The event, held at Douglas Park, drew nearly 200 runners and walkers to the historic park in support of breast cancer education.
