Two young people were approached by a white female driving a black colored 4 door sedan Nov. 18 around 7:40 a.m. on the 5400 block of W. Schubert. The driver reportedly asked if the two young people wanted a ride. After they declined, the driver asked a second time and after receiving the same response, the vehicle continued eastbound on Schubert Ave. The vehicle also contained three adult males and two children.
About the Offender:
- Female, White, light complexion, middle aged
- Medium length blond hair
- Wearing a black jacket
About the Vehicle:
- The vehicle was described as a black colored 4 door sedan, with a thin white stripe running across the taillights
- Possible partial Illinois license plate of 97732
