The West Garfield Park Community Stakeholders invite all those who are concerned about underage drinking to a Community Rally on at 1pm on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Personal Liquors, 4241 W. Madison Ave. Chicago, IL
The mission of this event is to bring together Community Partners in an effort to support a Universal Agenda and reduce underage drinking, substance abuse and senseless violence in our community.
