Come to the Pathway to Apprenticeship Informational Fair at the Dawson Technical Institute, 3901 S. State St., Chicago, IL, on July 20, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Free Transportation will be provided, the City College bus from 95th / Dan Ryan and the City College bus from Austin Blvd. / I-290 will pick up at 12 p.m.
Join Fathers Who Care, West Garfield Park Community Stakeholders, West Garfield Park Youth Council, and Senator Kimberly A. Lightford in partnership with the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus, the Chicago and Cook County Building and Construction Trades Council, the Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO), the Illinois AFL-CIO and City Colleges of Chicago, as experts at this event exlain how best to navigate the process of getting that important apprenticeship that can lead to a promising career.
