Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Town Hall Meeting June 29

Join Senator Mattie Hunter, Senator Jacqueline Y. Collins, Representative Esther Golar and The Englewood Coalition Ad-Hoc Group for a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program town hall meeting to discuss Governor Bruce Rauner’s proposed suspension of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, a program that provides help to seniors, people with disabilities and low-income families who struggle to pay their utility bills. Also, experts from AARP, CUB and CCAP will be in attendance.

The town hall meeting will take place on Monday, June 29 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, located at 6248 S. Stewart Ave, Chicago, IL 60621.
