Bring your family to the Health Fun Fair, a community partnership to improve health, well-being and quality of life. Get great information to help you live healthy and feel great. The fair will be held at Friendship Baptist Church, 5200 W. Jackson Blvd in Chicago.
Health screenings will be provided by the American Cancer Society, Austin Health Care Center at Cook County and PCC Community Wellness Center just to name a few.
Activities for the kids include face painting, bucket games, jewelry making, prizes and more!
A FREE community meal will be served from 1pm – 4pm.
