The FREE monthly meeting for the West Side Bridge networking group will be Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 7:30am to 9am hosted by Native Foods, 7343 Lake St. in River Forest.
All local professionals are invited to attend. Bring your business cards and come ready to make valuable connections! Native Foods will be providing light refreshments for the meeting, like their new BlueberryCrumble, made with summer berries and a crunchy oat crust. All of it is made fresh daily and 100% plant-based.
Native Foods Café has grown to become America’s premier fast-casual vegan restaurant group spanning coast to coast. Serving made-from-scratch, chef-crafted cuisine to vegans and non-vegans alike, with seasonally updated one-of-a-kind dishes, delicious desserts and homemade beverages inspired by our innovative culinary team. Their food is made fresh daily—from homemade tempeh and seitan, to Native Cheese, to sauces and drinks, dressings and desserts too! Their entire menu is 100% plant-based because they strive to create a compassionate dining experience serving up homemade meals that are good for you, your family and the environment.
“The butternut polenta bites were beautiful little pucks of corn meal mounted with a micro-pile of squash, caramelized onions, arugula and toasted pumpkin seeds. This dish looks gorgeous, and it’s the kind of Native Foods menu item that I could see going well with one of the wines they serve here.”
Attend this meeting and you’ll get to try some of their homemade refreshments for yourself!
