Session 1: Faith and Substance Abuse Prevention In Action – This session will show that there is power in the intersection of the faith-based and public health sectors when addressing the fullness of community health. Through partnership with faith organizations and the use of health promotion and disease prevention sciences, such partnerships can build stronger, healthier, and productive communities. This session will focus on the role of faith-based sectors in advancing the work of substance abuse prevention.
