Program Details:
- Attend class two days week from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Chicago Police Academy or the Chicago Fire Academy.
- Two year after-school program for students interested in pursuing a career in Publc Safety
- Opportunity for paid summer internship if selected
- Financial assistance to attend a City College of Chicago
- Hands- on training with Chicago Police and Fire Instructors
- Preference in being considered for the Chicago Police and Fire Department Cadet Programs
- Team building and cummunity service opportunites
