Join the Oak Park Library and Suburban Unity Alliance Sunday June 18, 2017, 2:00pm-5:00 pm as we celebrate Juneteenth, a holiday that commemorates June 19, 1865, the emancipation of African American slaves.  The event will be held in the Veterans Room at the Main Library, 834 Lake Street in Oak Park.

Program includes:  documentary, dancers, bucket boys, lunch, drummer, and a speaker.
