The West Side Men’s Health Fair will be held at Loretto Hospital, 645 S. Central, Chicago September 30, 2017 at 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Don’t let your health take a back seat – many health conditions and diseases that men face can be prevented or treated – if found early. You need to understand your risk factors and learn how to improve your overall health. Come learn about common conditions affecting men, while you enjoy complimentary lunch, hear from a panel of men’s health specialists, receive free screenings and learn about support from vendors.
