On Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 5:30 p.m., state Rep. La Shawn K. Ford, state Rep. Camille Lilly, state Sen. Kimberly Lightford and the Woodstock Institute will host a town hall meeting on Gov. Bruce Rauner’s proposed rate hike for check-cashing fees at currency exchanges. The meeting will take place at Austin Town Hall, 5610 W. Lake St.
