Help draft a quality of life plan
On Saturday, June 2, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Michele Clark High School, 5101 W. Harrison, community members will be presenting a draft Austin Quality of Life plan. The event is organized, in part, by Austin Coming Together.
Celebrate
St. Angela
On Saturday, June 1, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at St. Angela Catholic School, 1332 N. Massasoit Ave., the school will celebrate its new green campus. The brief program will begin at noon and will feature the blessing of engraved bricks from people with rich stories connected to St. Angela’s community.
Light refreshments, tours, activities and raffles provided. Sr. Maryellen Callahan, RSM will also be honored for 25 years of service to St. Angela.
