Give your input on mental health issues
On Thursday, April 25, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Triage and Wellness Center, 4133 W. Madison, there will be a community forum on mental health services. The last forum, also held at the center, will be on May 14, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The Triage and Wellness Center is also hosting a Second Chance Resource Fair — with information on housing, shelter, food, jobs and health for returning prisoners — on April 30, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in collaboration with Congressman Danny K. Davis.
For more information about the forums, contact Deborah Williams at (312) 576-1085 or Milton Johnson at (773) 417-8848.
If you or someone you know in the area have a mental health crisis or need for treatment, call the center’s office (773) 745-2620 or the mobile help line at (833) 413-HELP (4357).
