Celebrate Harvest Party
On Thursday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Galewood Park, 5729 W. Bloomingdale Ave., the Chicago Park District and the Galewood Park Advisory Council will host the 2nd Annual Harvest Party. Free for all. Costume parade, best costume prizes, games, face painting, pumpkin decorations, food, candy and more.

On Thursday, Oct. 31, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Columbus Park, 500 S. Central Ave., the Chicago Park District presents Halloween Nightmare at Columbus. Scary scenes, spooky skating, rattling refreshments, creepy crafts and other awesome activities. Free for all ages.
