PCC Community Wellness Center can provide the help you or your loved one needs to get on the road towards recovery. PCC offers specialty mental health and substance use treatment after medical appointments at many of our 12 health centers on the West Side and near west suburbs.
Treatment for substance use is provided with medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol. PCC also offers counseling, support groups, and has peer support specialists with lived experience to help manage recovery, appointments, and resources.
PCC has a Chemical Dependency Clinic at the PCC Walk-In Wellness Center at West Suburban Medical Center where patients can begin their treatment. Once treatment is established, patients can continue their care at another PCC health center. Treatment with buprenorphine and doula support is also available for pregnant women. PCC accepts many health plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
