March is West Side Business Network Month!
The Austin Weekly News created the West Side Business Network to bridge the gap between Chicago’s West Side and the suburbs. It’s been a year now, and we’ve been remarkably successful with well over 500 community members and partners in our network.
Join some of the most influential individuals around as we celebrate the West Side Business Network’s one year of success with these upcoming events!
West Side Women‘s One Year Meeting was held Monday, March 3rd at 8am. Guest speakers were Dan Haley, Publisher and Editor for Wednesday Journal Publications, Anan Abu-Taleb, President of the Village of Oak Park, and Reverend Walter Jones.

The Oak Park Regional Housing Center will give a guest presentation on the grants they’re offering for 2-4 unit buildings, preferably owner occupied.
