Gregnisha Campbell, 17, and her year-old son Messiah Campbell, both from South Austin, have been missing since March 31, police say.

Campbell and her son left their home on the 500 block of South Laramie at 10:30 a.m. last month and haven't returned since, according to police, who suspect that Campbell could be somewhere on the South Side.

The 17-year-old girl is described by authorities as African American, with a dark complexion, brown eyes, and blond and black hair. She stands 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs around 120 pounds. Campbell was last seen wearing white pants and a pink jacket.

Police described Messiah as African American, with dark complexion and dark hair. He weighs just over 30 pounds and stands 2 feet, 4 inches tall.

Police are asking anyone who has seen Campbell and her son, or have information on where they may be, to contact Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8261.
