When Officer Woods was pushing me and as the other officers began to envelope me, my mind was racing and the thought that kept occurring was, “What is it, or how is it that Officer Woods knows that he will get away with pushing and verbally assaulting me? How can Officer Woods be so confident in his attack upon me?”
