With just days left until the end of open enrollment, Get Covered America is teaming up with Friendship Baptist Church to help people get covered and stay covered by the February 15th deadline. If you or someone you know needs health insurance, now is the time to act! This event will be held at Friendship Baptist Church at 5200 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL on Saturday, February 14, 2015 between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Attendees of the event will have the opportunity to meet with free, trained experts that will help them understand their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act and find the plan that is right for them.
All attendees are welcome to dine with us during our FREE Community Meal which is also on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
There will also be a FREE Legal Clinic on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
