Celebrate Austin’s founder
On Friday, Sept. 27, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Austin Town Hall Cultural Park, 5610 W. Lake Street, community organizations will host Founder’s Day. The event will honor Henry W. Austin, the founder of the Austin community.
Experience inner peace
On Wednesday, Sept. 25, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Throne Building, 127 N. Leamington Ave., Revelation Institute will present an Exercise in Meditation for Children: Finding Peace in the Minds of Quiet Storms.
