Cook County Circuit Court Clerk Dorothy Brown was the keynote speaker at Austin’s Caribbean Night Under the Stars at Garfield Conservatory. The Friday night event included guest speakers and dinner for attendees. Clerk Brown was among the event’s sponsors. The evening also included Caribbean entertainment and a West Indian buffet. The event was presented by the Marcy-Newberry Association.
